CA Lalit Bajaj, B.Com, FCA, DISA

He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has rich experience of more than 24 years in the field of Management and Financial Consulting. He has pursued Business Management Course with ICAI. He completed Diploma in Information Systems Audit. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional with IBBI and has an experience in handling Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He is known for his excellence into Financial Consultancy, Inorganic growth strategies like Mergers & Acquisitions, Demergers. He has successfully closed various deals creating value for business. He has been instrumental in working with banks fromcompliance and transaction perspective. He has good business acumen to derive greatest value from the available resources and has fairly and ethically delivered services to various institutions. He has very good standing in society and was honored to serve as Chairman of WIRC of ICAI for the Year 2020-21.
